Refund policy

Returns & Refunds


We do not carry out direct exchanges. To receive a different size or item, return the original product and place a new order.

To start a return, email our support team within 14 days of delivery. Once the return is
authorised it must reach us within 28 days of the delivery date.

Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Condition for returns


-Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging
-All tags and labels must be attached
-Include any free promotional items if returning the whole order


International returns: please mark the return parcel as "Returned Goods - No Commercial Value". Any duties or import taxes for the return are your responsibility.


Non-returnable items


-Opened sealed media (vinyl, CDs, cassettes)
-Jewellery or items where hygiene rules apply (e.g., ear studs)
-Underwear, swimwear and perishable products
-Limited‐run or personalised items explicitly marked as non-returnable

Processing refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return we aim to process refunds within 10 business days.

Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 1–5 business days after processing, depending on your bank.

Faulty or incorrect items


If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of
delivery and include photos where possible. We will cover return postage for items confirmed to be our error and arrange repair, replacement or refund.

Pre-orders & made-to-order items


Pre-order and made-to-order products will ship once all items in your order are available.

Estimated dispatch dates are provided at checkout — these are subject to change owing to manufacturing or supplier delays.

Order changes


We strive to help if you need to change an address or correct an error, but once an order is
processed we cannot always amend it. Contact support immediately after placing an order
and we’ll advise what’s possible.
